Our delivery charges for the UK Mainland are as follows:
- All orders for any number of items - £5.00 (with the exceptions shown below)
If you order consists of any of the following items the overall charge for the delivery of the whole order will be as follows:
- Adult Jackets, Adult Apres Boots, Junior Ski Boots - £7.50
- Adult Ski Boots and Large Travel Bags/Holdalls (Courier Service):
- UK Mainland Zone 1 - £10.00
- UK Mainland Zone 2 - £15.00

Next Day Delivery Option
Next Day delivery to UK Mainland Zone 1 (ONLY) for all orders for any number of items is charged at: £10.00
- Next-day delivery is available if the goods are in stock and the order is received before 12.00 noon Monday-Thursday.
- Delivery will be made on the following Monday if the order is received before 12.00 noon Friday and the goods are in stock.
- Delivery will be made on the following Tuesday if the order is received on a Saturday or Sunday and the goods are in stock.
Exclusions: Bank Holidays, Christmas period (i.e. 23-31 December)
Delivery Areas
UK Mainland Zone 1 covers all of England and Wales and the following postcode areas in Scotland: AB10-16, AB21-30, AB32, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PH1-14, TD.
UK Mainland Zone 2 covers the following postcode areas in Scotland: AB37-38, AB42, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37, IV63, KW1-3, KW6-10, KW14, PH19-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH15-18, PH33-39, IV21-24*, IV40*, KW5*, KW11-13*, FK19-21*, PA36*, PA40*, PH30-32*, PH34-41*, PH50*.
*NB: The asterisked postcodes are a only offered on a 2 day delivery service.
Delivery can bemade between 7am and 7pm. A signature is required.
We use either Royal Mail or a courier service to make deliveries.
Please note that extreme weather conditions can cause delays to all delivery options and refunds are not available for delays that are outside of our control.
Any shipping charges will be shown in during the checkout process, before you make any payment.

Delivery Schedule
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour keep you fully informed of your order status. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods, you will receive a full credit or refund. However, we will not be responsible for compensating for any loss incurred if the goods are not supplied or are supplied damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product or offer from the website at our discretion, including the refusal of any transaction attributed to those products / offers.
DELIVERY
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to stated delivery dates, such dates are estimates only and Captains Cabin Sevenoaks Limited cannot be liable for any losses incurred caused by delay in delivery.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that adequate access is made to the property in order for delivery to take place and that they or an authorised person are present to receive the delivery. Please note that deliveries are made only to ground floor entrances.
Visible damage (i.e. after removal of all packaging) must be marked accordingly on delivery/acceptance notes and reported by telephone within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 72 hours. Please do not use the item if you wish to make a claim for damage.
This procedure must be carried out even if someone has been appointed to take delivery on your behalf. Having received the goods any subsequent loss or damage to goods will be at your own risk.
